Can I bring my own parts?

No, we do not install customer-supplied parts.

Parts not purchased through our shop cannot be warranted and may
compromise vehicle safety and repair quality. The only exceptions are engine oil
and oil filters.

Do you take walk-ins?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do accept walk-ins. However, we recommend scheduling an appointment whenever possible, as scheduled work is given priority. This helps ensure faster service and minimizes wait times.

Can I take my car before paying?

No, all invoices must be paid in full before you can take your car.

How quickly can you provide an estimate?

Accepted Answer

We usually get you an estimate within a few hours. For bigger jobs, it might take up to one business day.

Do you charge a credit card surcharge?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in accordance with Oklahoma Statute SB 677 (Title 14A § 2-211), a credit card surcharge of up to 2% of the transaction amount (or the actual processing cost, whichever is less) may be applied.

All credit card surcharges are clearly disclosed prior to payment, and customers are always offered an alternative payment method that does not incur a surcharge.

Do you work with extended warranty companies?

No, we are an independent repair facility and do not work with extended warranty companies, including (but not limited to) Endurance, CarShield, CARCHEX, Omega Auto Care, or Autopom. 
Customers are responsible for full payment at the time of service

What vehicles do you service (OBD-II requirement)?

Accepted Answer

We service 1996 and newer U.S.-market vehicles equipped with OBD-II systems. Vehicles with a missing, damaged, or inoperable OBD-II port may be declined for diagnostics or repair. Diagnostic limitations may apply if OBD-II functionality is compromised.

What happens if a vehicle is not paid for?

Accepted Answer

Vehicles with an unpaid balance must be paid in full within 90 days of service completion or last authorized work.
After 90 days, we may initiate a possessory lien under Oklahoma Title 42. This may allow us to retain possession of the vehicle and pursue sale or title transfer to recover unpaid repair, storage, and administrative fees, as permitted by law.

Question 10

Do you charge vehicle storage (lot) fees?

Accepted Answer

Yes, vehicles must be picked up promptly once service is completed or payment is due.
After 14 business days, a storage fee of $75 per day will accrue. All storage fees must be paid in full prior to vehicle release. Continued non-payment may result in further action under Oklahoma law.
