As an Automotive Apprentice, you'll work side by side with a Master Technician who'll mentor you through diagnostic and mechanical repairs — building the confidence, experience, and skills it takes to become a successful technician.
This is a real starting point, not a dead-end job. We're looking for someone who's eager to learn the trade, takes pride in careful work, and wants to grow with a shop that invests in its people.
What you'll do
Diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles using your knowledge and skill.
Handle drivability and complex electrical diagnostics across all makes and models.
Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively.
Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
Work closely with the service department and clearly communicate concerns and needed repairs.
Help train and mentor other technicians, and deliver distinguished results as a team.
What we're looking for
Master Certified L1, or actively seeking your L1 certification.
15+ years of professional experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
Expert drivability and diagnostic skills, with electrical experience across all makes and models.
Capable of diagnosing and repairing all years, makes, and models of vehicles.
A clean driving record.
Willing to help train and mentor other team members.
A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong communication.
A desire for long-term career development — we want to be the place you retire from.
Physical requirements
Occasionally lift and/or move over 30 pounds.
Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
Work in tight spaces as the repair requires.
Have the dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
Walk and stand for the majority of the workday.
