  • Do You Take Walk-ins?
    Yes, we do accept walk-ins. However, we recommend scheduling an appointment whenever possible, as scheduled work is given priority. This helps ensure faster service and minimizes wait times.   • Do You Offer After-Hours Drop-Off or Pickup
    Yes, we offer both after-hours drop-off and pickup at Bob's Auto Repair. For drop-offs, you can park your vehicle alongside our fence and fill out a drop-off form located in the drop box in front of the gate. Once completed, place the form and your keys inside the drop box. For after-hours pickup, your invoice must be paid in full beforehand. Please contact us during business hours to arrange where you'd like your keys placed, and we’ll make sure they’re secured outside the gate before closing.
  • Do You Offer a Shuttling Service
    Yes, we provide a free shuttle service for customers located within the Cleveland city limits. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to get you where you need to go while your vehicle is being serviced.

    Yes, we offer full diagnostic services. The diagnostic fee is $130.75, which covers a thorough inspection and testing to accurately identify the issue with your vehicle. (some diagnostics may incur additional charges, only if authorized by the customer)
  • Do You Offer Estimates Before Starting Work?
    Yes, we provide detailed estimates before any work begins. No services will be performed without your authorization, so you’ll always know what to expect upfront.
  • How Much Do You Charge?
    Our standard rate is $125/hr, and $150/hr for diesel services. We offer free estimates—contact us for a quote!
